This Association lasted for the one year only, a simple competition used as an interim in the aftermath of Cyclone Tracy.
Participating clubs included :
 - Darwin,
 - Nightcliff,
 - North Darwin,
 - Saint Marys,
 - Wanderers and
 - Waratahs.
Finals Series :
 - First Semi-Final - Wanderers defeated Waratahs.
 - Second Semi-Final - Darwin defeated Nightcliff.
 - Preliminary Final - Nightcliff defeated Wanderers.
 - Grand Final - Nightcliff 8.10.58 defeated Darwin 7.10.52.
