Lake Wendouree were minor premiers.
Second Semi-Final - Lake Wendouree defeated Daylesford.
Grand Final - North Ballarat defeated Lake Wendouree.

1997 (Ballarat FL) :
Lake Wendouree were 4th after H&As.
Grand Final - Sunbury defeated Lake Wendouree by a narrow margin.

1999 - Ballarat FL : Lake Wendouree were 6th after H&As.
