1975 - Sydney FA Division 1 Grand Final : Pennant Hills 10.14.74 defeated University of NSW 9.12.66 @ Trumper Park.
1977 - Sydney FA Division 1 Grand Final : University of NSW 14.15.99 defeated Sydney University 4.17.41 @ Picken Oval.
1978 - Sydney FA Division 1 Grand Final : Campbelltown 15.19.109 defeated University Of NSW 15.5.95 @ Erskineville Oval.
1990 - Sydney FA Division 2 Grand Final : University of NSW 13.7.85 defeated Manly-Warringah 8.6.54.
1993 - Sydney FA Division 1 Grand Final : University of NSW 15.12.102 defeated Balmain 8.16.64 @ Wagener Oval.

1996 (Sydney FA) :

1998 (Sydney FA Division 2) :
Grand Final - Sydney University 12.15.87 defeated University of NSW 4.10.34.

1999 - Eastern Suburbs merged with University of NSW to form UNSW-Eastern Suburbs FC.
