 - Nathalia (equal 2nd).
Cummeragunja were premiers.

1904 :
The Barmah Central FA changed name to the Nathalia & DFA.
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - Barmah Federals,
 - Kotupna,
 - (Lower) Moira,
 - Narioka (withdrew before season started),
 - Nathalia,
 - Picola and
 - Picola Reserves (replaced Narioka but then also disbanded).
Nathalia were premiers.
Play-off for 2nd place - Kotupna 5.5 defeated Picola 1.4.
