Riverside Football Club (SA)

General :
I have no idea whether the 1914 Riverside FC is the same entity as the later Riverside FC. When these quandaries occur, I have to guess one way or the other, and have assumed they are the same. Corrections welcome!

???? - Riverside wore red, white and black panels.

Timeline :
1914 - South Gawler Competition : Riverside participated.
1938 - SAAFL : Riverside applied for admission but were unsuccessful.
???? - SAAFL : Riverside participated.
1947 - Adelaide & Suburban FA Grand Final : Brunswick v Riverside (result unknown).
1998 - Alberton United, Ethelton and Riverside merged to form Portland.
