Franklin Harbour Football Association (SA)

1901 :
The Franklin Harbour FA began.
Founding clubs were (complete) :
 - Carpa,
 - Cowell and
 - Utera.

1920 :
Participating clubs included :
 - Carpa,
 - Cowell,
 - Rovers and
 - Utera.

1937 - Participating clubs included Utera (final season).
1940 - Participating clubs included Mangalo (debut, premiers).
1950-56 - Cleve won 6 premierships within the periods 1950-56 & 58.
1957 - Carpa were premiers.
1958 - Cleve won 6 premierships within the periods 1950-56 & 58.

1961 :
Rovers were premiers.
This was the final season of the Franklin Harbour FA.

1962 - The Cleve & DFA and the Franklin Harbour FA merged to form the Cleve-Cowell FA.
