2003 (Footy South Africa National Championships) :[source]
This was the inaugural season of the National Championships. Rather than Province v Province, this was an invitational to domestic teams.
Participating clubs were (complete, in final ladder order) :
 1. Itsoseng (premiers),
 2. Mafikeng,
 3. Pretoria,
 4. Christiana,
 5. Ventersdorp and
 6. Vryburg.
Final - Itsoseng 3.9.27 defeated Mafikeng 0.0.0.

2004 (Inter-Provincial Championship) :
This competition was scheduled to occur in 2004.[source]
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - Gauteng A,
 - Gauteng B and
 - North West.

2006 - The overseeing body changed from Footy South Africa to AFL South Africa.



2008 (FootyWild National Championships) : [source] [source]
General - A new National Championships competition was commenced, this time with representative teams from the four participating Provinces. The open-age competition was known as FootyWILD 'Extreme'.
General - The National Championships were held at Potchefstroom.
Participating clubs were (complete) :
 - Gauteng,
 - KwaZulu Natal,
 - North West and
 - Western Cape.
Grand Final - North West 9.11.65 defeated Western Cape 4.9.33.

2009 (FootyWild National Championships) - Grand Final : Western Cape 10.8.68 defeated North West 4.3.27.[source]

2013 (FootyWild National Championships) :
Note: It is not certain that the results here are for the National Championships, but unsure what other tournament it could have been. There is also a reference to a "Scope Cup", which seems to have been different again.
