The BC Cup seems to be a 1-day tournament. It's early days may have been the same, or perhaps a fixtured predecessor to the British Columbia AFL.

2003 :
Participating clubs included :
 - Calgary,
 - Seattle (3rd) and
 - Vancouver.
Grand Final - Vancouver 15.8.98 defeated Calgary 4.5.29.

2004 :
Participating clubs included :
 - Alberta (premiers),
 - Vancouver (2nd) and
 - Victoria (3rd).

2005 :
Participating clubs included :
 - Alberta (premiers),
 - Burnaby,
 - Seattle (runners-up),
 - Vancouver and
 - Victoria.
