Both the earlier derby and the later league were played for the Shudlich Cup.

2013 (Rhein-Main Derby) - South Frankfurt 15.9.99 defeated North Frankfurt 11.14.80.^[source]

2014 (Rhein-Main AFL) :
The Rhein-Main Derby expanded to a fixtured season and was renamed the Rhein-Main AFL.
The season consisted of H&A rounds only, with the premiership awarded to the minor premiers.
Participating clubs included :
 - North Frankfurt (premiers^[source]) and
 - South Frankfurt.

2015 (Rhein-Main AFL) :
Participating clubs included :
 - North Frankfurt and
 - South Frankfurt.
