China Cup (China)

General :
The format, at least from 2013 - seems to be a dual-clash season with the highest aggregate points determining the Cup winner.
Details in articles suggest three results are missing. From the existing data, it is likely that one of scenarios would be accurate. Either :
 - 1) There were single match seasons played in 2004, 05 & 09, for which the result is not documented (dual-match format commencing 2013), or
 - 2) There were no matches in 2005, 06 or 09. The dual-match format commenced in 2010, and only the overall Cup winners are reported.
It is notable that an entry in the Shanghai Tigers mailouts does suggest that the competition was most commonly a dual-match format, supporting scenario 2). The same article also supports the single-match anomaly of 2015.[source]
